Adam is founder and president of Red Three Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in ERP consulting and BI consulting. Adam has particular expertise in complex accounting and other multi-company and international reporting challenges. Prior to founding Red Three, Adam was a partner in United Systems Consultants where he ran its 30-person Lawson software practice. Outside of work, he serves as board member and treasurer of the Riverdale Y. When not working, he spends his time answering his son’s political questions and cycling, swimming and reading.
Rick is a long-time consultant with experience on multiple platforms and in many languages. He’s a talented software engineer with good communication skills and expertise in managing projects and people. Over the years, he's worked on multiple ERP systems, including Oracle and Lawson, at both large and medium-sized companies. He specializes in financial, procurement, distribution and reporting systems. He’s a graduate of Brooklyn College, lives in Westchester and loves to golf.
Eileen has consulted for over 20 years, employing her unique combination of personal as well as management and technical skills. She is experienced in many languages (from RPG to VBA and C#) as well as several packaged ERP systems. She particularly likes working with users and senior stakeholders to define requirements and translate requirements into quality technical designs. She can also efficiently code, test and deploy applications. She graduated from Fordham University magna cum laude. When she’s not cooking or baking, she can be found on the golf course or tennis courts.
Alan has over 20 years of experience in business management and technology consulting services. He has managed teams of consultants and employees in business intelligence, data analytics and data management projects. In additional to consulting, he's an adjunct professor at NYU, teaching management of information systems. He has a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from New York University and BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in computer science from Polytechnic Institute (NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering).
Joel as over 20 years experience in designing, building and maintaining relational databases for ERP systems. He has particular expertise in EDI and has worked across a wide variety of industries, including couriers, manufacturing and apparel. He earned his undergraduate and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and holds a Master’s degree from the California Institute of Technology.
