Adam Jacobson (Founder & President) and his network of report writing specialists have a wide range of skills in financial, procurement, IT and general business consulting. Despite years of investment, executives often have software that keeps the business running but doesn’t write the reports they need to run the business effectively. Red Three specializes in complex financial and operational report writing challenges including consolidation, currency and governmental report writing.

Adam Jacobson, President

Adam Jacobson is founder and President of Red Three Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience dealing with complex reporting problems. Red Three helps CFOs and other financial executives get the reports they need from the software they already have™. Before starting Red Three in 2001 Adam was a partner in United Systems Consultants where he ran the Lawson Software Practice, implementing financial, procurement and HR/Payroll solutions for a wide variety of clients. He helped grow USC from 3 to 30+ consultants in just four years before the firm was sold in 2000. Adam is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Haverford College and Columbia University.

Phil Romov, Consultant

Phil Romov is a Programmer and Software Consultant specializing in the customization of complex software systems. An expert in solving challenging software problems, Phil has worked with Adam Jacobson at Red Three Consulting since 2005. Before joining Red Three, Phil studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Hunter College in Manhattan while also working as a Bioinformatics Research Programmer at the Research Foundation of the City University of New York. Phil lives in Manhattan’s Upper West Side and is an avid cyclist, technophile and gamer.
